Owned and operated by veteran real estate broker Donald Gorbach, Palm Beach-based Doggie Mansions designs and custom builds “real estates” for man’s best friend. Each Doggie Mansion is custom-built from the ground up using the highest-quality materials and top-notch craftsmanship found in most luxury homes today. Homes are available in small, medium or large sizes, and are customized to match the style of the owners’ home. In other words, we create a home for every doggie’s style!
From Bermuda-style cottages to Mediterranean estates, urban townhouses to Hamptons-style beach homes and even doggie duplexes, each Doggie Mansion features many of the same options you would expect in your own custom-built home. These options include architectural shingled or barrel-tiled roofs, stone, tile or marble floors, hand-painted faux-finished walls, an outdoor deck or porch, operable doggie-sized windows and doors, sky lights, and decorator furnishings. In addition, all mansions include interior and exterior lighting fixtures, and the interiors are fully primed, painted, wired for electricity, and air-conditioned. To ensure that the dogs are properly entertained at all times, their abodes are outfitted with a flat-screen TV/DVD player (showing Benji or Rin Tin Tin!), doggie magazines, and plenty of treats and toys hand-selected by our dog-loving design team.
Custom-built Doggie Mansions are priced from $10,500, depending on the size of the home, options and furnishings chosen. Delivery is available for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information on our resale and also our redesign program, which allows owners to opt for a redo of the interiors of their home at a nominal fee.
